We aim to deliver your order of Infrared heaters within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase. However, unforeseen events like natural disasters, public holidays, etc., may delay delivery by a few more days. If we foresee any such eventuality, we will inform you via email or phone.

Delivery Address

We only deliver to a valid physical address. Please provide us with accurate details when placing your order. If the delivery address you provide us with is incorrect, we will not be responsible for any delay or inability to deliver your order. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change the delivery address.

We don't deliver to PO box addresses, hotels or accommodation properties. We can't deliver the products to general delivery or forwarding agencies.
