Before the installation, 24 NRG Group’s offices were heated using old electric storage heaters that were inefficient, slow to respond, and lacked thermostatic control. The heaters often ran out of stored heat before the end of the day, leaving staff uncomfortable in the afternoons and evenings.

These limitations made it difficult to maintain consistent temperatures or adapt to the changing demands of a busy office. The team needed a modern, flexible heating solution that could deliver instant warmth, room-by-room control, and greater energy efficiency in a building with poor insulation.

Infrared Group proposed a system combining far infrared bar heaters for targeted workspace heating and Classic infrared panels for enclosed rooms — all integrated through a smart Wi-Fi control system for complete flexibility and remote management.
