Refund and Returns Policy for Infrared Group
At Infrared Group (hereinafter referred to as "Company," "we," "our," or "us"), we take customer satisfaction seriously. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our infrared panels, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange in accordance with this refund and returns policy.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that image panels and custom image panels are non refundable, unless faulty or damaged in transit.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different one, please contact us at support@infraredgroup.co.uk. Note that the product must be in new condition and in its original packaging. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item was received damaged or is faulty, please contact us at support@infraredgroup.co.uk. We will ask you to provide photos of the damage or fault, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Changes to Refund and Returns Policy
We reserve the right to update this refund and returns policy from time to time. If we make material changes to our policy, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website.

Commercial Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction
This Commercial Refund and Returns Policy ("Policy") applies to all commercial projects undertaken by Infrared Group LTD ("Company"). By engaging in business with us, you ("Client") agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
2. Non-Refundable Deposits
2.1 All deposits made for commercial projects with Infrared Group LTD are strictly non-refundable.
2.2 The non-refundable nature of deposits is to ensure commitment and cover initial project costs, including but not limited to, planning, resource allocation, and initial administrative tasks.
3. Project Cancellation
3.1 If a Client decides to cancel a project, the deposit will not be refunded.
3.2 In the event that the Company cancels the project for any reason not attributable to the Client, a proportionate refund of the deposit may be considered at the sole discretion of the Company.
4. Legal Basis and Enforcement
4.1 This Policy is legally binding and governed by the laws of England and Wales.
4.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be resolved through negotiations in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in England.
4.3 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Infrared Group LTD, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising out of or in connection with any breach of this Policy by the Client.
5. Amendments
5.1 Infrared Group LTD reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the Client in writing and will take effect immediately upon notice.
5.2 It is the Client's responsibility to review any amendments. Continued engagement in commercial projects with Infrared Group LTD constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6. Severability
6.1 If any provision of this Policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be severed from this Policy. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
