Delivery Timeframe
We aim to deliver your order of Infrared heaters within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase. However, unforeseen events like natural disasters, public holidays, etc., may delay delivery by a few more days. If we foresee any such eventuality, we will inform you via email or phone.
 
Delivery Method
We have partnered with reputable delivery companies to ensure your orders get to your doorstep on time without any damage. You can track your order from our website using the tracking number provided to you via email.
 
Delivery Charges
We offer free shipping for all orders of Infrared heaters. It means you can enjoy the convenience of shopping online with us without worrying about any additional delivery fees.
 
Delivery Address
We only deliver to a valid physical address. Please provide us with accurate details when placing your order. If the delivery address you provide us with is incorrect, we will not be responsible for any delay or inability to deliver your order. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change the delivery address.
 
Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email, providing you with a unique tracking number to monitor your order's delivery progress. It's crucial to keep track of the delivery progress to ensure someone is available to receive the product when it's delivered.
 
Delivery Delays
Although we strive to deliver orders within 3-5 working days, some unforeseen events may cause delays. If your order is late, please contact us at support@infraredgroup.co.uk. We will investigate and inform you of the status of your order and any reasons for the delay.
 
Delivery Restrictions
We don't deliver to PO box addresses, hotels or accommodation properties. We can't deliver the products to general delivery or forwarding agencies. Additionally, we are unable to provide Infrared heaters to some countries, as specific requirements have to be met or the product has been prohibited.
